PLEASE BE AWARE, ALL DISTRIBUTORS SENT FOR CONVERSION MUST HAVE AN ACCOMPANYING, COMPLETED SPECIFICATION SHEET INCLUDED WITH YOUR DISTRIBUTOR
PLEASE, do not simply send a distributor to me without a Specification Sheet, unless we have discussed doing so beforehand
Usually, when I send a Specification Sheet out via email, I have already been made aware of the type of conversion, make and model of distributor, and options desired through the initial email link a customer sends to me. Example, "Regular HEI conversion for small block Chevrolet, add optional Crane Adjustable Vacuum Advance, black coil"
The Specification Sheet has info for both you and I, including whom you are, contact info, billing and shipping info, what specific conversion, optional extra cost items if desired, engine/drive train info, and both pricing for the specific conversion, along with payment instructions
Specification sheets are usually sent along, either before, or, with a pictures package of the conversion you are interested in, via return email when you ask about a conversion. The pictures packages and specification sheets are altered from a basic generic form on my end, to suit the specific conversion, make and model of distributor being converted, all info we both need to get the conversion you desire done, CORRECTLY....THE FIRST TIME. The specification sheet is a generic page, with information for all sorts of distributors and conversions, so, I modify - add - delete info as needed to fit your specific application. That means there is no general specification sheet published on this website
Please note, some few conversions for certain models, and certain builds, don't need a long specification sheet, they can be easily recorded by your filling out info we both discuss before the process begins on a separate piece of paper on your end, before your distributor is sent to me to get converted. Please contact me before simply sending me a distributor to convert, a distributor sent without a specification sheet filled out, WILL TAKE LONGER TO GET CONVERTED
Of course, if a person doesn't have a computer, they cannot read any of this, however, in some instances, I have no problem in altering a specification sheet to fit the distributor, and mailing a paper copy of the sheet via regular post office snail mail. I can do this from a simple phone call
